Proudly serving individuals aged 0 to 18 years and extending our support to those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) up to 25 years, we stand as a beacon of hope and empowerment. We're on the lookout for a Family Support Worker who embodies qualities such as being articulate, collaborative, and committed. In this role, you'll leverage your interpersonal skills to engage with vulnerable families, providing essential support and guidance. Your confidence and conscientious approach will shine as you facilitate group sessions and foster a collaborative environment. As a continuous learner and good listener, you'll adapt to the diverse needs of families, demonstrating persistence and proactive problem-solving.
