ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team at Spurgeons as an Administrator, where your organisational skills will have a meaningful impact on the lives of children, young people, and families. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our service, ensuring that every visitor is greeted with warmth and care. Your responsibilities will help create a positive and efficient environment for our Family Hubs, ensuring seamless operations that support children aged 0-19 and their families. From handling enquiries to managing essential administrative tasks, your attention to detail will contribute to the smooth running of our services, helping families access the vital support they need. By providing critical support to our team, you’ll play a key role in fostering strong family connections and improving the well-being of children and young people across the community. Join us in making a real difference every day! This vacancy is a fixed term vacancy until 31st March 2026. Please note, the successful candidate will be required to work 22.5 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Your excellent communication skills allow you to connect effortlessly with people from all walks of life, while your resilience and reliability make you a steady presence in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring experience in reception or administrative roles, where your attention to detail and ability to handle data effectively have shone through. With a self-motivated and committed approach, you take initiative, manage your workload efficiently, and always strive for excellence. You’re comfortable working independently, yet you also enjoy being a part of a supportive team, contributing ideas, and helping to streamline processes. Above all, you’re dedicated to ensuring our Family Hubs run smoothly, helping families access the vital services they need to thrive.
